With our purpose built boarding kennels and security dog training centre based in the midlands, this enables us to ensure that all of our dog handlers meet the British standards by them attending our weekly continuation training sessions conducted by our in-house NASDU accredited trainer.
This ensures that our Dog Teams are continually evaluated and updated with changes in the security environment. All new employees are subject to an assessment carried out by our in-house trainer prior to undertaking any work on any of our sites. This ensures that not only does the handler hold the required level 2 qualification but also meets Alpha 1 Security Services own in-house standard.
Our Dog Teams are fully compliant with the requirements of BS 8517-1:2009 Security Dogs – Code of Practice for the use of security dogs and the Guard Dogs Act 1975
